Making the Drain Path, Flats Skiff Boat Build!

Like the thumbnail says, if water ever does get in, it has to have a way to drain out. So in this video, I begin the tedious task of interconnecting all the compartments aft of the bulkhead that will eventually be covered by the floor. In hindsight, I could have saved myself a lot of work if I had just cut the corners off the bottoms of the ribs and stringers where they intersect down by the bottom of the boat. Problem solved. I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever build another boat! Posted on YT February 23, 2023.
