Prep a Champaign flute by rimming it with ultrafine sugar

in a shaker mix
1-1/2 oz Gin
1/4 oz Raspberry Liquor
1/4 oz Elderflower Liqour
1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
Mix with ice. Strain into rimmed glass, then top with the sparkling wine of your choice.
