Barrie Schwortz, was the official STURP photographer and owner of the Shroud.com website, but he was much, much more, he was also a proud father, loving friend and just an all-around wonderful human being. Sadly, Barrie passed away a few weeks ago on June 21st 2024 at the age of 77 years old.

Over a dozen Shroud experts, both Pro and Skeptic alike, put the Shroud Wars on hold to honour the memory of this truly great man and his profound legacy.
