Joe Biden Has Decided Not to Run For a Second Term

Today, as many in the media predicted, Joe Biden has decided to not run for President for a second term, but he intends to fulfill the rest of his current term. Some, including myself are saying he should resign now, since he is clearly unfit to be President.
