Thieves commit smash-and-grabs & steal repeatedly in CA, not because they are hungry, but because they get away with it again & again without consequence. Weak laws, enacted by Prop 47 in 2014, have devastated California’s urban and underserved communities and created the greatest retail theft and drug crisis in the entire nation.

Thankfully, voters will have a chance this November to fix this mess and restore some balance, deterrence & accountability by passing Proposition 36.
