Smoking Ribs & Italian Sausage on a reteq Pellet Smoker

We love smoking ribs and sausage on the BBQ Rando Ranch and reteq Pellet Smoker makes it so easy to do! the recipe is easy. Remove the membrane off the back of the baby back ribs and then add yellow mustard and your favorite spice rub and set your smoker for 250 degrees. Smoke for 3 hours, then remove and put on a sheet of foil meat side down. Add some fresh apple juice and 3 cubes of butter. Put back in the smoker and smoke another 2 hours. Now add in your favorite sausage and in two hours dinner is ready!
