Hi Friends! It's Chris & Whitney.

Here is a full body 4 minute workout that you can do anywhere at any time. We do recommend doing 3-4 sets of this circuit.

It's always recommended that you perform exercises according to your individual fitness level.

Although it will vary depending on the individual's exercise performance, we recommend warming up, such as dynamic stretching, for about 10 minutes before exercising.
