Clearing Our Homesite!

In this video, we take on clearing our land with just the two of us...with the help of a couple of tractors too, of course (lol). We discuss cutting down trees, wood chipping and burning our cut timber. All in all, we cleared approximately 4 acres of our heavily wooded acreage for our homesite. 🌲🚜

In the beginning, we considered hiring out for this task because we had never done anything like this before, but what's the fun in that?!?! LOL! The amount of money we saved by choosing to do it ourselves, we were able to purchase our own excavator and it has played a PIVOTAL role in our build thus far. We couldn't be happier with our decision. 😁👍
