In this video I want to tell you a personal story. Many years ago, in my early twenties I had terrible nightmares, repeatedly night after night. I was like completely paralyzed, unable to breathe, often felt that I'm going to die. At that time I was a completely healthy, strong young man. I never used drugs then or at any other time. It got to the point where I didn't dare to fall asleep in the evenings,but after a while you fall asleep anyway whether you want it or not. And the nightmares just kept coming.
