Black Sea coast crammed with thousands of jellyfish

Tens of thousands of barrel jellyfish have practically invaded the Black Sea coast, filling an entire cove at Cape Tarkhankut. According to the Institute of Biology of the Southern Seas, barrel jellyfish do not usually gather together intentionally. They suggest that the phenomenon seen last week in Crimea may be due to windy weather in the region.
