INGREDIENTS:

For Dough
Half cup warm milk
2 tsp instant yeast
2 cups flour (maida)
5 tbsp oil
Half tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
5-6 tbsp warm water (add very slowly)

Mix together milk and yeast, add flour,salt sugar,oil, egg,mix a bit, then add 2-3 tbsp water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Grease your hands with oil while kneading if too sticky. Spread some oil,cover and put in a warm place for 15-20 mins. It will increase in rise. Punch it, mix it one more time.

CHICKEN FILLING:
300 gms boneless chicken (boil n shred them)
3 tbsp butter or oil
2-3 green chilies chopped
1 cup bell peppers(colourful or green capsicum)
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Half tsp oregano
Half tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp soy sauce
Half tsp black pepper
Half cup milk

In a pan add butter, saute chicken, add chillies, bell peppers, and all the mentioned spices along with flour, give it a mix, add soy sauce n black pepper, mix, add milk, cook for 2-3 minutes until it started getting a bit thick but not dry, remove and set aside to cool.

FOR ASSEMBLING
1 egg (mix egg with 2 tbsp water)
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp black seed (kalonji)
Few bell pepper slices for topping

Take a dough ball, roll out into rectangular as shown. Put chicken filling on one side, make slits on the other side as shown, wrap the slits around, cut into smaller slices, brush with egg wash, sesame seeds and bell peppers.

Bake at 180C for 13-15 minutes until a nice golden brown color. Take out. brush some melted butter and Enjoy.
