I talked with Polona Frelih about her career in journalism, being a news correspondent in Russia. We discussed the political situation in Slovenia and her candidacy for the Resnica Party in the European elections. We talked about the EU election results, the future of Western Europe, and the rise of the far right in Europe and the West. We also discussed Yugoslavia and what Slovenia was like when it was part of Yugoslavia.

Additionally, we talked about Russia and Ukraine, including her experiences traveling to Donetsk and Donbass, where she interviewed people who had suffered during the conflict. She highlighted the crimes against humanity committed by Neo-Nazis from the Western-controlled government of Ukraine against the ethnic Russian and more population. Polo also mentioned that she was the first female journalist in the world to publish news about the outbreak of the Russian-Georgian war and how the Western media lied about that conflict.
