Have a mix of pepper colors!

Yep, I'll wait until I have a good mix of green slightly purple and bright bright red before I start to harvest my peppers. This way I have a good mix of those that are hot to those that are the absolute hottest and can pick and choose which ones I want in whatever recipe I'm making.

It also helps to harvest them in the morning. The plants are their freshest, they've had relief from the heat overnight, and the sunlight coming through the plants doesn't hurt either ♥️😍

I didn't grow a lot of peppers this year just jalapenos, Anaheim and peach. The Peach are not as far along yet. I'm hoping they make it by fall.

How are your peppers doing this year?

Ps. These peppers were grown in my 10-in-one 17-in tall @vego_garden in @blackkowmanure the only manure I use in my gardens! They were also topped with @vego_garden finishing soil. Filled with warm castings and other wonderful things like coconut soil to top off your bed with.
