Daily Loss - 1,0 kg
(Note: The video at the end is my dinner from yesterday, 19/07/2024.)
Schedule:
5:30 - Wake up and take a shower.
5:45 - Make the video for the weight loss challenge.
6:00 - Read some books or news about the world (I was watching more videos about the Trump's assassination attempt and his speech at RNC about it.).
7:30 - Go walk along the shore to get some sunlight, relax and do stretching.
8:30 - Go to the gym.
9:30 - Back home and take a cold shower.
10:00 - Breakfast.
10:30 - Edit the video of the challenge and post it on social medias (YouTube, Rumble, Cos.TV, Instagram and TikTok).
11:30 - Start work.
13:00 - Cheat lunch (I can eat a plate of whatever I want and a dessert)! After lunch I do fasting for 24h.
15:00 - End of work and go to the market to buy the food for next week.
16:30 - Preparation of the food for next week.
19:00 - Free time. I can do whatever I want, but I have to try my best to sleep until 22h so I don't ruin my biological clock.

Cronograma:
5:30 - Acordar e tomar banho.
5:45 - Fazer o vÃdeo do desafio de perda de peso.
6:00 - Ler algum livro ou notÃcias sobre o mundo (Eu estava assistindo mais vÃdeos sobre a tentativa de assassinato do Trump e seu discurso na RNC sobre isso).
7:30 - Caminhar ao longo da orla para tomar sol, relaxar e fazer alongamentos.
8:30 - Ir à academia.
9:30 - Voltar para casa e tomar banho frio.
10:00 - Café da manhã.
10:30 - Editar o vÃdeo do desafio e postar nas redes sociais (YouTube, Rumble, Cos.TV, Instagram e TikTok).
11:30 - InÃcio do trabalho.
13:00 - Almoço trapaceiro (Posso comer um prato do que eu quiser e uma sobremesa)! Depois do almoço faço jejum de 24h.
15:00 - Fim do trabalho e ir ao mercado para comprar a comida da próxima semana.
16:30 - Preparação da comida para a próxima semana.
19:00 - Tempo livre. Posso fazer o que quiser, mas tenho que tentar ao máximo dormir até umas 22h para não estragar o meu relógio biológico.
