Securing Our Elections

Did you know that Pinellas County voting machines are connected to the internet via modems? This raises serious concerns about the security and legality of our elections. When voting machines are connected to the internet via modems or network devices, they become vulnerable to hacking and interference, which can compromise the integrity of our electoral process. To protect our elections, it's crucial that voting machines remain offline and secure. In 2020, the United States Election Assistance Commission warned that attaching modems and network devices to the voting machines used in Pinellas County elections voided the voting system certification in its entirety. Let's work together to ensure that our elections are safe and free from external threats. Vote for secure, accountable and transparent elections on August 20th. I'm Chris Gleason. I'm running for Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections to make sure that your vote counts.
