This ruling is all well and good, but there are two issues:

1) It was already clear that Israhelli settlements in Palestinian territory are illegal; this brought nothing new to light.

2) This ruling will do literally nothing if the UN doesn't send peacekeepers to force the illegal settlers out, and the UN will never do that as long as the U.S. has the power to unilaterally veto anything they try to do. Israhell certainly won't recall them itself.

To TLDR; this is a good and correct but ultimately impotent ruling.
