Jaje Pasung is a old style Balinese steamed glutinous rice flour with freshly grated coconut and palm sugar in bamboo or banana leaves.This is one of my favorite Balinese dessert, my Mother often made it at home when I was little, this is perfect to served with coffee and tea, I hope you Enjoy the video happy cooking 🙏🏽😊
