Day 162 of Sobriety: Finding Strength in @DovydasMusic and @CHENAISSANCE Guitar Mastery #sober

Today on Day 162 of my sobriety journey, I listened to the incredible guitar playing of DØVYDAS and CHENAISSANCE. The past few hours have been incredibly challenging, with my mind constantly urging me to relapse. Yesterday was particularly tough, and I thought I'd just sleep, wake up, train my client, and then start using again.

However, sleep evaded me, so I sat at my computer and started reading your comments. I found this session with DØVYDAS and CHENAISSANCE, and it played as I read your beautiful and supportive messages. I can't thank you enough—you helped me through an awful night. This session of music was just amazing and speaks for itself.
