Brianne Dressen, an AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine trial participant, suffers severe and worsening neurological side effects without a cure.

"No, there is no cure, my condition will continue to decline until I pass away. I'm trying to make the most of the functional facets that I have now, while we're able to have a conversation, until I end up back in a wheelchair and things get worse."

Dressen criticizes the federal government and OSHA for neglecting vaccine-injured individuals, calling for accountability and improved compensation.

"The federal government is now forcing OSHA to force the public to get their shots. At the same time, we have this study going on that's confirming that there are some very concerning neurological complications to the COVID vaccine."

AstraZeneca has not met its contractual obligations to support her medically and financially, leading to legal action.
