Woah, I saw this video and didn’t think much about it but IF that is indeed the Assistant Director of the FBI and I admittedly don’t know but if it is then Wow!!!

If she is the Assist. FBI Director she has no obligation to be engaging the sniper 130 years away with a handgun. She obviously is recording the potential evidence of the occurrence. So what?
