Rep. Donalds: America needs an economy for education

Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL) shares the story of how his mom, a single mother of three children, worked hard to get him out of the inner city and send him to good private schools in New York City. Rep. Donalds says his upbringing molded his support for universal school choice.
