5 Minute Meditation: Finding Bliss | Calm, Presence, Peace, Love, and Harmony

I hope you enjoy this five minute meditation on finding bliss! This is intended to help you find a place of deep calm and peace when you don't have a lot of time to spare. Maybe you can find 5 minutes on a lunch break or when you have some free moments in your home or office. Whatever your situation, this guided mindfulness meditation will calmly and gently direct you toward being present in this moment. The affirmation that is repeated is: I am here. I am present. I am at peace. Just breathe easy and enjoy this short session every day.

The spoken dialogue in this meditation is 5 minutes in length, followed by 3 minutes with only ambient music soundtrack. Enjoy and I know that you can find that inner peace each day!

NOTE: I suggest turning OFF the "stable Volume" feature for the least distracting sound mix.
