COMMON LAW & WHAT EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD KNOW.

On today's Podcast, I will be discussing the Law of the Land, also known as the Common Law. I will also be discussing it's relationship to the Constitution of the United States of America, which is the Supreme Law of the Land.

I will discussing, as well, some very important codes that Every American should know when it comes to Reserving Your Rights. This IS VERY IMPORTANT, as these codes are and have been hidden within the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code, not Commercial Industry, but the Law of Commerce that governs Contracts & Agreements in both the Private and Public sector).

I will also be discussing how every document is a contract or agreement and how on EVERY SINGLE THING you SIGN, or better put, you autograph, You sign reserving your rights, using your FACTUAL BENEFICIARY SIGNATURE AND WHY. I will be showing an example on screen of this for demonstration.

I will also go over how to interact with Admiralty when reserving your rights on documents or citations. More specifically how to void out and nullify their offers to contract. Any citation or anything you get from the court, is an offer to contract and will go over certain BASIC particulars that every American should know.
