(1) 1970 Dodge Challenger ( X-Traction) - was introduced as a competitor to the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro in the pony car segment.

(2) 2015 Dodge Challenger ( X-Traction) - marked the model's return after a hiatus of nearly 35 years since the last production in 1974.

(3) 1966 Ford GT40 ( Thunderjet) - achieved remarkable success in endurance racing, winning the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans for four consecutive years from 1966 to 1969.

(4) 2005 Ford GT ( X-Traction) -  was a tribute to the iconic GT40 and commemorated the 40th anniversary of Ford's victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966.

(5) 1969 Dodge Charger ( Thunderjet) - gained significant popularity and recognition by featuring as the iconic "General Lee" in the television series "The Dukes of Hazzard."

(6) 2021 Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye ( X-Traction) - is equipped with a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine producing a staggering 797 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful production sedans available.

The ThunderJet Ultra G chassis is Auto World's adaptation of the classic "pancake" design, originally developed by Aurora in the early days of electric slot racing. Still immensely popular today, entire slot racing events are created around this chassis. It continues to be a favorite with collectors and hardcore drivers. Closer to HO scale, ThunderJet bodies mount over the chassis using two small screws. ThunderJets are retro slot racing at its best! 

The X-Traction chassis is a modified version of the classic pancake design used in Auto World's ThunderJet Chassis. Increased weight and larger rear wheels provide better performance and superior handling. Underneath, an Ultra-G neodymium traction magnet adds even more track-gripping handling through the tightest curves for maximum racing excitement!
