Today marks day 161 of my sobriety journey, and I listened to Gabriel Henrique's "Não Irei." Before diving into the music, I shared a personal struggle. My mind has been urging me to start smoking cannabis again, tempting me towards relapse. I took a midday nap after waking up early, and in my intense dreams, I relapsed. It felt so real that I accepted it in the dream, thinking it was too late to turn back. I woke up feeling heavy and weird, grappling with the mental battle of sobriety.

Despite the struggle, this song by Gabriel Henrique was amazing. Even though I didn't understand the lyrics, I could feel the music deeply. It was really, really good! Thank you for joining me on this journey.
