She’s not necessarily a Zombie.
The truth is she has escaped from the Seattle Dumb and has managed to steal clothes from her captors below ground and make it to the surface. She has never walked upright. For she has been caged for the majority of her life.
She is feral and has not seen the light of day for years.

Her mental condition is beyond gone. Understand that she has feasted upon human flesh for nutrition.

She will be declared as using “bath salt” for it is a frequent excuse by Major Police Departments when encountering an escapee.
