There are some fake news circulating that these rioters in Leeds are Romanians in fact they are Romani which means Gipsy, they are not Romanian they speak a different language have different customs and are actually muslims or indians. These people migrate and dont have a home they change their ID cards as they wish. In Romania they too caused problems in the 90s and police dealt with them in a very decisive manner. Gipsy have "settled" in many countries and have their own laws. The riot was happening because some social worker in uk came to take away some of their kids. Gipsy are similar to muslims they marry their young daughters for money, have high sex crimes and so forth. Not all gipsy are bad for sure but many are agresive and especially those travelling to richer countries that have different illegal businesses. So these are not Romanians they are a plague to Romania just as they are a plague to Uk and everywhere they go. Romanians are also white while gipsy are more coloured.
