The Lord is speaking of fulfilling his prophetic works in Holy Scripture. All are appointed for seasons and times. His remnant will walk in Glory gifted from Yahweh to glorify the son. Amen and Amen. Lay this before the Lord. The two words are circumspect meaning wary and unwilling to take risks, and circumvent meaning to avoid (defeat,failure, unpleasantness) by artfulness or deception;avoid by anticipating or outwitting
