Heute gab es im EU-Parlament einen großen Knall! Kurz vor ihrer Wahl zur Präsidentin habe ich Ursula von der Leyen vor vollem Haus eine Tracht Prügel verpasst und ihr ins Gesicht gesagt, was Millionen Bürger in der EU wirklich von ihr halten. Dieses Mal konnte sie sich nicht wegducken – dieses Mal saß sie direkt vor mir und musste sich alles anhören. Das war bitter nötig... und es war eine persönliche Genugtuung für mich! 💪👊

(Auch wenn sie mir am Ende wieder das Mikrofon abgeschnitten haben 😅 )

🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 | There was a big bang in the EU Parliament today! Right before her election as President and in front of a full house, I gave Ursula von der Leyen a thrashing and told her to her face what millions of citizens in the EU really think of her. This time she couldn't duck away - this time she was sitting right in front of me and had to listen to everything. That was bitterly necessary... and it was a personal satisfaction for me! 💪👊
