2024 Summer Hydroponics Start

One is our own variety being The Blaz'n Jellybean. The other is the Manganji pepper, which is a wonderful Japanese pepper.
We are going to have a fantastic harvest of these two that will be sent out for freeze-drying and made into powder. Yet, we want to ensure that our supply keeps us going as our Hot Sauces become more popular.
We are developing two new Hot Sauces that will be off to the Process Authority in the next couple of weeks. Watch for 'The Dog Bark Bites' and 'North Mason-Dixon Datil'.
