Why Do the Central Bankers Want You Vaccinated?

This is Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank since 2019 and Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund for ten years prior to that, speaking in 2021 about the need for further funds to ensure the entire human population receive a vaccine which doesn't work and causes mass harm. Why would a lawyer interested in globalised banking systems have an interest in pharmaceutical products being foisted upon all of humanity?
