Kevin and Majoor Blaffinski have to nagivate through a night of fires, caused by agents of The Better World Project. Kevin finds a group of people who are also lost in all the fires that have burned down some of their houses. Just when it seems they are trapped and doomed by the fire, a light appears. Meanwhile, Lukas the shepherd is still under the influence of "A little loyalty", and is having the most severe nightmares, broadcast from Madman Uys' nightmare broadcasting centre. It keeps telling him to submit to The Better World Project, and eventually kidnaps him.
