Tobor the Great (1954)
"Tobor the Great" is an American science fiction film released in 1954, directed by Lee Sholem. The plot revolves around a brilliant scientist who creates a humanoid robot named Tobor (robot spelled backward) designed for space exploration. When foreign agents attempt to steal the robot, the scientist's grandson and his dog form a special bond with Tobor, leading to a thrilling adventure to protect the incredible invention. The film stars Charles Drake as the scientist, Karin Booth as his daughter, and Billy Chapin as the grandson.
