Ingredients:

3 packs of chocolate biscuits
1 cup of strong coffee for dipping the biscuits
For the cream:

1 liter and 2 ½ cups of milk
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
4 egg yolks
1 pack of whipped cream powder
For the ganache:

200 ml of heavy cream
200 g of semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation Method:

Prepare the cream: Mix the milk, flour, cornstarch, sugar, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla, and let it cool completely. Fold in the whipped cream.
Assembly: Quickly dip the biscuits in the coffee. Layer the biscuits and cream alternately in a mold.
Ganache: Heat the heavy cream, remove from heat, and add chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Finishing: Cover the cake with the ganache and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
