There are about 10 million internally displaced people in Sudan, according to the UN refugee agency, UNHCR.

The United Nations has called the situation one of the world's "largest displacement crises".

In April last year, Sudan was thrown into disarray when its army and a powerful paramilitary group began a vicious struggle for power.

The war has since claimed more than 15,000 lives and forced millions of people to flee their homes.
