Cimarron Arms 1894 Feed Problem

The Cimarron Arms (Uberti) M1894 in .38-55 Win, would NOT chamber a cartridge. I tried factory cartridges, handloads with short brass, handloads with long brass, and multiple bullets. See the problem solved video for the answer.
