Fluffernutter Blondies Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Grease the parchment paper lightly.
Prepare the Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until fully incorporated.
Stir in the salt and flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
Add Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Fluff:

Gently fold in the peanut butter until swirled throughout the batter. It's okay if there are some streaks.
Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the batter and gently swirl it in with a knife or spatula.
Optional: Add Peanut Butter Chips:

Fold in the peanut butter chips, if using.
Bake the Blondies:

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve:

Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Once cooled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the blondies out of the pan.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
Tips:

For extra gooey blondies, slightly underbake them.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
