Description
Microgreens, the small yet powerful shoots of vegetables and herbs, form the essence of our Organifer Microgreens (Babyleaf & Microleaf) Package. These miniature plants, harvested just after the first leaves have appeared, are known for their intense flavor and nutritional value. Babyleaf refers to the young leaves of vegetables such as lettuce and spinach, harvested when they are slightly larger than microgreens but still young and tender.

Microleaf, on the other hand, encompasses the very first leaves that appear after the seeds of herbs like basil or mustard germinate. With Organifer’s collection of 12 carefully selected microgreens, you can enrich your culinary creations with both the tender flavors of babyleaf and the powerful essences of microleaf. These varieties offer a colorful palette for your gourmet enjoyment, perfect for the modern epicure.
