Planned to do a full leg day today but didn't have enough time left after hamstrings and calves. Also, to skip hamstring curls today cuz my strength dropped like crazy since the last session. I did 14 reps with 30 kgs for the 1st set last time but I couldn't even do 4 straight reps with it today, decided to drop the weight to 15 kgs and did a few sets with that but guess what, got only 4-6 reps per set even after lowering the weight. Guess the hammies need to chill for a lill bit. It's surprising cuz I did beat the log book on every single set on RDLs but idk.
