Woke Activists are Mad TWISTERS Does NOT Push Political Agenda

Twisters is set to hit theaters, but some activists are upset the film doesn’t push a climate change agenda because the film’s director doesn’t believe all movies need to preach to the audience.

Director Lee Isaac Chung said he doesn’t believe films have to be message oriented and they can just be about entertaining audiences without risking alienating them. The Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell film is expected to have a decent opening with critic responses being generally decent. However, the high budget does mean it needs to do very well in order to turn a profit. This will prove difficult with Deadpool & Wolverine premiering a week later.
