Political streamer Steven "Destiny" has been banned on Kick and demonetized on X after his controversial comments about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. During a livestream on July 16, 2024, he revealed that his official X account was locked due to a post about the person killed at the political rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where Trump was shot.

Destiny is facing massive backlash for his reaction to the death of Corey Comperatore, a heroic firefighter chief who saved his family during the Trump rally shooting. His response has been widely condemned as he mocked Corey, saying, “Fvck the firefighter, Fvck Trump, and Fvck people who support him.” When asked about his own parents, he replied, "It's less end-of-life costs for me. Would I lose sleep over it? No."

On July 17, 2024, reports surfaced on X stating that Destiny was banned on Kick. X user @FearedBuck posted: "After being demonetized on X a few days ago, Kick has banned Destiny for continuously making fun of an innocent firefighter killed at the Pennsylvania rally."

When accessing Destiny's Kick channel, the message reads: "404. Oops, something went wrong. We can't find the page you're looking for."

A 21-second clip of Destiny commenting on the firefighter’s death at Trump’s rally went viral on X. Expressing his dissatisfaction with Trump, he stated he would "make fun" of those who supported the former President: "Fk it, fk the dude, the firefighter guy. Fk Trump, fk the people that support him. Just in case you are confused, if one of you were in the crowd and you are a conservative fan of mine and you get blown up or whatever, I am making fun of you the next day on Twitter. I am! 100%."

Destiny revealed his X account had been demonetized, sharing a screenshot of the message from X. The message stated his account was paused for ad revenue sharing due to a breach of Creator Monetization Standards.
