Operation Scorched Earth is changed to end in Lyra, rather than Earth. Earth is determined to be the most fortified planet known to the Rokat. The 88th Legion is refined even more as a killing machine, even though it has served previously as the imperial protection, much like the US Secret Service. The Rokat are well aware of alien bases on Earth. Under Jakoba’s leadership, 167,000 Rokat are killed for having wrong-think. Plans are made to deal with the scenario of Sockness being used as a bargaining chip to control the Empire. The concept of Sockness being held hostage by any human nation boils his blood and plans for genocide are made. Jakoba and Shabawa make threats of extreme violence against the Humans for the very thought of touching Sockness. Plans are made for total extermination of humanity. The Rokat believe Sockness is connected to a greater mind that allowed him to use them to break the Grand Design. Plans made on how to send the message of the conquest before the utilities are destroyed by mindless warfare. Jakoba intended to hide these truths from Sockness.
