Once there lived a man called Barend Sweefarend, an adventurer who loved traversing the world and writing about it. But when he discovered and wrote about an island called Trofis, his reputation came into question. Not only would people not believe the alarming things regarding wizards and monsters going on on the island, but nobody would publish his works any longer. Soon all his writings and mementos were forgotten in the basement of his grandson Kevin Sweefarend's house. When Kevin got older however, he rediscovered some of the stuff from his grandfather's pen. Still very impressionable, Kevin was fascinated with it all, and started writing all the exciting things from his own life down, just like his grandfather Barend did. One day, a message is left for Kevin from his father: People and animals are going missing around Leeukopkraal, and Kevin will have to go and guard his father's sheep all day long to stop them from going missing too. Kevin does so, even though it means he cannot design robots anymore for the time being. Robots that will help mankind live better lives is one of Kevin's life dreams, see. Nowadays Kevin has to guard the sheep all day long, and only has a little radio to listen to. He hears the songs of his brother the pop star come on quite a few times. Kevin is glad somebody of his family seems to have made it in life and become very rich.
