Indiana's opioid prescribing rate is way above average

Out of 92 counties, only 15 had an equal or lower prescribing rate than the national average in 2016 including Carroll, Spencer, Brown, Hamilton and Union counties. Five have prescribing rates twice than the national average including Scott, Vanderburgh, and Lawrence counties.
