Sambal Udang Pete , Sweet Spicy Prawns and Bitter Bean Sambal

Inredients:
400 gr to 600 gr Prawns
9 pcs Big red chilli - seeds removed
6 pcs Bali hot pepper
4 pcs garlic
100 gr petai
500 ml water for boiling the chillies and garlic
7 pcs shallots sliced thinly
60 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Mushroom Bouillon powder
1/2 medium tomato
5 whole Bali hot pepper optional
1 lemongrass crushed
4 kaffir lime leaves
1 Kaffir lime fruit
Extra salt and white pepper corns
