Bihun Goreng Udang
is Indonesian style stir fry rice noodles with prawns, so yummy with lots of vegetables and of course i added some chillies too for a kick. One of our most favourite comforting foods, I hope you enjoy the video, happy cooking Matur Suksma 😊🙏🏽

Ingredients :
100 gr Rice noodles or you also can use Soun noodles
6 pcs prawns
130 gr bok choy
1 carrot
1 medium onion
4 pcs garlic
3 tbsp vegetable oil
100 gr cabbage
1 pcs spring onions
3 pcs Bali hot pepper
70 gr Ear mushrooms - weigh after soaked in hot water
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1/2 tbsp salted soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mushrooms or vegetable or chicken bouillon powder
