Be intentional about what you put into your body. If you don’t like what you see or how you feel now. Eat better feel better. I know this sounds weird but, if it looks really nice and healthy before you eat it chances are you’ll feel really nice after you eat it. If it looks big and sloppy and nasty then chances are you’ll feel big and sloppy and nasty. Be intentional with what you eat. You’re welcome.
