Cause and Prevention of C3 (3C) Acorn stairlift errorcode problem display and erratic behavior

Rob's Stairlift Repairs has been seeing the damage caused by AC Ripple on Bison Bede Acorn stairlifts since circa 2009, as shown on video repair diaries. Recent Acorn stairlifts self-diagnostics produce error code display C3, after which erratic intermittent problems present themselves. The damage done may, or may not be repairable.
