This video is the Pennsylvania rally shooter recording a very short clip from what looks like a car. Let anyone who cares what he thinks of President Trump and the Republican Party. He says in the clip, "you've got the wrong guy." Not for the shooting obviously because he was caught and recorded in the act. So I'm not sure what he's referring to.
