Book of Watchers: This section forms the core of the "Book of Enoch" and narrates the story of angels called Watchers who descend to Earth and marry human women. These fallen angels teach forbidden knowledge and corrupt humanity, leading to widespread wickedness on Earth. Enoch is taken on a visionary journey by angels and witnesses heavenly visions and the punishment of the Watchers.

Book of Parables: This section contains a series of apocalyptic visions and parables that describe the final judgment and the fate of the righteous and wicked. The Messianic figure, the Son of Man, is introduced as a divine figure who will bring judgment and establish a new kingdom of righteousness.
